Select the add user button

Enter first name last name, and phone number

Add new card by selecting "Assign New Individual Card"

Enter last 5 of the card number and select the facility code and select "OK"

Select "Apply"

Select the connect button

Select the send data button. Once the status says polling, the user should be active.
