Arming and Disarming Alarm Panels

      Quick Arm

If enabled, you can press [#] in place of the system's security code, plus the desired arming key (Away, Stay, Instant)
For Example: # then 2 would arm the system for Away mode.

      Arming Away

Enter code + AWAY [2] or use the Quick Arm method
This arms the entire system and has a delay to allow egress.

      Arming Stay

Enter code + STAY [3] or use the Quick Arm method
This would be for arming perimeter devices like glass break, or window and door sensors. Motion detection would be off and there is a delay until the system is active.

      Arming Instant

Enter code + INSTANT [7] or use the Quick Arm method
This would be for arming perimeter devices like glass break, or window and door sensors. Motion detection would be off and there is no delay until the system is active.

      Alarm Memory

When the system is disarmed, any zones that were in an alarm condition during the armed period will be displayed.
To clear this display, simply repeat the disarm sequence (enter the security code and press the OFF key) again.
This shows you how the system was breached as well as smoke/fire zones. For example if you come in through the front door, it will show the zone number and name of that zone.

      Disarming

Enter code + OFF [1]. If entry delay or an alarm is active, you do not need to press OFF.

Bypassing Zones

      Bypass Zones

Enter code + BYPASS [6] + zone number(s).      Zone numbers are always 2 digits for example: 01, 05, or 25
This is for arming the system even though there is a zone that is not in a secure state, like an open door or window.

Setting Chime to On or Off

      Chime On or Off

      Enter code + CHIME [9]
Adds or removes a chime when a door is opened.
