SMARTPLUS App Setup

Account Setup




  1. Select "Login Via SMS"
  2. Ensure that it says "EMEA"  **(If it does not, click "North America" and change to "EMEA")**



  1. Enter your phone number and select "Obtain Code"
  2. You will get an SMS text message with a code
  3. Enter the code and select "Login"


Using Your E-Key 

  1. To open the door to your building, simply select "Open Door"
  2. To view the camera at the front door select "Monitor"

Adding a Family Member



  1. Select "Me"


  1. Select "Family Members"


  1. Select "New Family Member" 


  1. Enter First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number

Temp Key Access

Creating a Temp Key

Note: Temp Keys can be used to allow access for expected deliveries, healthcare providers, visitors etc.


  1. Select "Temp Key"





  1. Select the "+" icon
















  1. Fill out the above information to your needs








  1. Share your temp key by your preferred method

Using a Temp Key

  1. Simply select "Temp Key" on the video entry system screen and hold your QR code in front of the camera

Setting Up Face ID (Only for Compatible Systems)



  1. Select "Me"


  1. Select "Authorization"


  1. Select "Face Recognition"


  1. Select "Get Started"


  1. To ensure effective use of facial ID, ensure that you are in front of a blank background during setup


  1. Your face will now be active within 1-2 minutes

  1. Select "Temp Key"





  1. Select the "+" icon
















  1. Fill out the above information to your needs








  1. Share your temp key by your preferred method
